Our Story

Born in Colombia, John and Jesse didn't have a home until they were adopted by Tom and Debbie Clooten of Bismarck. Since then the two brothers have made it their mission to ensure everyone has an opportunity to have a home regardless of circumstances. 

Previously each on their own, the duo have combined their efforts and started Clooten Property Management with one purpose in mind: Provide tenants and property owners valuable services as though they were an extension of their own family. As property managers, we ensure tenants find homes to fit their needs while providing property owners with responsible tenants staying on their property. We do this to give you peace of mind as an owner and to find the perfect place for our tenants to call home.

Leveraging over 10 years of property management we work hard to provide exceptional residential and commercial spaces. With us, you won’t have to worry.
